Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) oriented counseling

After having obtained my Master's degree in clinical neuropsychology in 2016 I worked for the past 18 months in several psychiatric settings and as a counselor in Hamburg, Germany. Counseling included mostly depressed and anxious patients, but also with comorbid diagnoses (as problems seldomly occur alone).
This shall not be a replacement for seriously troubled people, but I can counsel people suffering from anxiety issues, depression or being involved/close to someone who is. Counseling will be oriented to the prinicipals of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
1) Trying to get to the heart of the matter. Why are we talking at this point in time. How did you get here? Where do you want to go?
2) Finding a suitable intervention. Behavioral activation, relaxation, ABC charts, pattern analysis (...) it really depends on the circumstances.
3) Finding effective triggers of when and where to implement interventions that came up in the previous step
4) Setting up a written statement of the session.
