I began doing hiit workouts in high school/ college as a way to change up my workouts and improve my strength and stamina. I like hiit because you can get a quick workout in your day that is effective. With hiit you can focus on a particular muscle group (legs, glutes, arms, back, chest, abs, etc) or do full body. The best part is you can do it ANYWHERE... no gym membership required.
