ニューピア竹芝は竹芝駅に直結し、また浜松町駅のすぐ近くにあります。 東京の最高の景色を楽しみながら、ワークアウトとフィットネスを行いましょう。 東京湾のすぐそばに位置しているので、ワークアウト中に海の空気を感じることができます。心地よい環境の中でレッスンを行います。 
そしてこの場所には広いオープンスペース、素晴らしいトイレ設備があります。
GFXダイナミックのフィットネスクラスは最高の環境でレッスンを提供します。

Experience with Skill: 

As a passionate and experienced certified personal trainer, my role is to not only motivate others to improve their health and fitness, I'm a firm believer that a little progress each day adds up to big results.  My job is to help you reach your fitness goals and getting in shape should be fun, manageable, safe and rewarding for everyone regardless of their fitness level.  

I'm a firm believer of three truths:

1. “The right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little, not too much, is the safest way to health.” -Hippocrates 440 BC

2. "A Little Progress Each Day Adds Up To Big Results". I'll be honest, fitness workouts can be WAY TOO over-rated and I remember my early days of being a total gym rat, walking/running for endurance/cross country, and going to extremes with my fitness. I also remember the times in my life where I was out of control with my health and had gained an excessive amount of weight.  GFX Dynamics introduces a well-balanced fitness program that makes it reasonable for anyone to do the workouts and get results regardless of their fitness level.

3. Motivation powers results, and when you're getting the results you expect, you will stay motivated. Bring the energy and GFX Dynamics will be the game changer that you can depend on to help improve the quality of your life, general health, and fitness without pushing yourself too hard.
