As a passionate and experienced certified personal trainer, my role is to not only motivate others to improve their health and fitness, I'm a firm believer that a little progress each day adds up to big results. My job is to help you reach your fitness goals and getting in shape should be fun, manageable, safe and rewarding for everyone regardless of their fitness level.
I'm a firm believer of three truths:
1. “The right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little, not too much, is the safest way to health.” -Hippocrates 440 BC
2. "A Little Progress Each Day Adds Up To Big Results". I'll be honest, fitness workouts can be WAY TOO over-rated and I remember my early days of being a total gym rat, walking/running for endurance/cross country, and going to extremes with my fitness. I also remember the times in my life where I was out of control with my health and had gained an excessive amount of weight. GFX Dynamics introduces a well-balanced fitness program that makes it reasonable for anyone to do the workouts and get results regardless of their fitness level.
